Boy charged with GBH and possession of an offensive weapon – Marlow

Thames Valley Police has charged a boy with grievous bodily harm with Intent and possession of an offensive weapon in Marlow.

On Monday (11/9) the 16-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, from Birmingham was charged with one count of grievous bodily harm with Intent and one count of possession of an offensive weapon.

The charges are in relation to an assault of another 16-year-old boy in Globeside Business Park, Fieldhouse Lane, Marlow. The victim was hit with a claw hammer during the assault at about 5pm on 10 June this year.

The 16-year-old boy who was charged appeared at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court yesterday and was remanded to appear at High Wycombe Youth Court Friday (15/9).
