Following a Thames Valley Police investigation, a man has been issued with a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO).

Alan Rosen, aged 44, of Buckingham Drive, High Wycombe, appeared at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on Monday 29 January.

The order is in place for two years and means that he is prohibited from:

  • Being in possession of any unsealed container of alcohol whilst in the prohibition zone outlined in a map (please see attached)
  • Being in a state of intoxication in the prohibition zone.

He is also required to attend appointments for alcohol treatment as structured by One Recovery Bucks.

Breach of any of these conditions could result in a fine or imprisonment.

PC Vikki Overson, the Anti-Social Behaviour Officer based at High Wycombe, said, “The CBO was sought as a result of Alan Rosen persistently acting in an anti-social manner.

“This order reflects that Thames Valley Police will robustly tackle persistent offenders of anti-social behaviour.

“We hope it serves as a reminder that if people decide to embark on causing anti-social behaviour to a community, the police will utilise the relevant legislation available to stop such behaviour.”
