Man charged with multiple offences – Maidenhead

A man has been charged with multiple offences following a Thames Valley Police investigation.

Kevin Jones, aged 36, of Northumbria Road, Maidenhead was charged on Tuesday (10/4) with one count of possessing a knife/blade in a public place, one count of possessing an offensive weapon in a public place, one count of threats to kill, two counts of criminal damage, one count of using threatening, abusive or insulting language, one count of affray, one count of theft from a motor vehicle, one count of attempted robbery and one count of racially aggravated public order.

The charges are in connection with incidents which occurred in Northumbria Road, Wessex Way and Moorside Close on Saturday, 31 March.

Jones has been remanded in custody to appear at Reading Crown Court on 7 May.
