This inspirational event, which is being held at the Copthorne Hotel in Slough, will see guests join together with the rest of the world to empower, inspire and educate women on pushing the boundaries to become change makers.

A number of high impact speakers will be sharing valuable tools and techniques designed to enrich lives within the community. Corporate Coach and pioneer in the field of Executive Presence, Sarah Brummitt, will be discussing the power of Personal Branding, while keynote speaker, Leela Bassi, will be exploring how to overcome self-restricting beliefs with her inspirational story of resilience and determination.

Tickets for this event are available to purchase from Eventbright which include a hot lunch and refreshments throughout the day.

Event organiser, Detective Chief Inspector Nikki Pierce based at Slough police station, said: “The theme of the event will focus on ‘Press for Progress’ to coincide with the centenary anniversary for women’s right to vote.

“The event is open to a diverse range of women including entrepreneurs, charity representatives and workers from both public and private sectors. I would encourage the women of Slough to take this opportunity to develop themselves, inspire their colleagues and network with other like-minded individuals.

“The money raised from ticket sales will be used to fund a free event later in the year, called International Girls Day, to inspire the next generation of young women.”
