Unexplained death – Slough (update)

A Post-Mortem examination of a woman who was found deceased in Slough yesterday (4/1) has taken place and concluded her death is non-suspicious.

The force was called at around 11.30am yesterday after the body of a 35-year-old woman was found inside a property at a block of flats in Stratfield Road. Her next of kin were informed.

The Post-Mortem examination, which was completed today (5/1), established her provisional cause of death as being from natural causes.

No further action was taken against a 73-year-old man from Slough who was arrested yesterday (4/1) on suspicion of murder and he was released from custody.

A file will be prepared for the Coroner in due course.
