Appeal for witnesses following racially-aggravated public order incident – High Wycombe

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following a racially-aggravated public order incident in High Wycombe.
At around 3.30pm on Wednesday 31 March a man became aggressive with a member of staff in the Eden Centre.
During an argument the man made racially-abusive comments to the member of staff and then left the shopping centre.
The offender is described as a white man in his early thirties, around 5ft 6ins tall with sunken eyes. He was wearing a blue jacket, dark trousers and a dark cap.
Investigating officer PC Nicholas Eva, based at High Wycombe police station, said: “I am appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this incident or recognises the description of this man to come forward.
