Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following an assault in Weston Turville.
The incident occurred at around 12.30am on Kempster Way on Saturday (16/4).
The offender assaulted one man, before stabbing another man who was trying to restrain him.
The victim of the stabbing, who is aged in his fifties, was treated in Stoke Mandeville Hospital for injuries to the lower abdomen and has since been discharged.
Investigating officer, Detective Constable Sandrine Bonomo-Fox, based at Aylesbury police station, said: “I am appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information about this incident to please get in touch.
“If you have any CCTV footage in the area or any dash-cam footage if you were in the area around the time, I’d also ask that you check any recordings in case it has captured something that could assist our investigation.
