Thames Valley Police is investigating a serious injury collision in Reading.
At around 5.30pm on Saturday (3/12) a pedestrian was involved in a collision with a black Honda CRV on the crossing at the junction of the A327 London Street at the junction of Crown Street.
The pedestrian, a man in his forties, was taken to hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition. His injuries at this time are not thought to be life threatening.
The driver was not injured.
No arrests have been made at this time.
Investigating officer, PC Alex Jarratt based at Three Mile Cross, said: “This was an incident where a pedestrian was injured.
“We are appealing for the public’s help and would particularly ask anyone with dash-cam footage or any possible CCTV of the collision to please come forward and upload it to our online page.
“If anyone else has information and has not yet spoken to us please call 101 quoting reference 43220544579.”
