Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after reports of indecent exposure in Bicester.
The incident occurred at 4.15pm on Wednesday (13/7) in Pioneer Square, Bicester. The victim, a teenage girl, saw a man exposing himself and touching himself inappropriately.
The offender is described as a white man aged between 50 and 60, around 5ft 8inches tall with a slim build. He had short dark grey hair and stubble. He was wearing a white t-shirt with black trousers and black shoes.
Investigating officer PC Robin Hersom, based at Bicester police station, said: “We would like to appeal to anybody who may have witnessed this incident to please get in touch.
“You can get in touch by either making a report online or by calling 101 quoting reference number 43220309570.
“Alternatively, for 100% anonymity, you can also call the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
