Following a Thames Valley Police investigation, two teenagers, who cannot be named for legal reasons, have been charged with drugs offences in Banbury.
A 16-year-old boy, from Leamington Spa, has been charged with one count of assault by beating of an emergency worker, and three counts of possession with intent to supply a class A drug – namely heroin, crack cocaine and cocaine.
A 14-year-old boy, from Warwick, has been charged with one count of possession of an offensive weapon in a public place, one count of assault by beating of an emergency worker and three counts of possession with intent to supply a class A drug – namely heroin, crack cocaine and cocaine.
The charges relates to an offence that occurred on Monday (25/7) on White Lion Walk.
The boys appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court yesterday (27/7) and were released on conditional bail to both appear at Oxford Crown Court on 5 September.
