Following a Thames Valley Police investigation, a man has been charged with a stalking offence in connection with an incident on Saturday (30/4).
Aden Timperley, aged 32, of no fixed abode, was charged with one count of stalking involving serious alarm/distress and one count of being drunk and disorderly.
The charges relate to an incident near to Burford Road in the town.
Timperley was arrested on Saturday and charged on Monday (2/5).
He appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Monday and has been remanded in custody to appear at Oxford Crown Court on 27 May.
