Re-appeal for witnesses and footage following assault – Reading

Thames Valley Police is re-appealing for the public’s help regarding an assault in Reading.
The incident occurred on Sunday 10 April between 12.45am and 1.15am by the bus stop outside the White Eagle pub in Oxford Road, Reading.
A large-scale disorder occurred involving a group of white men and women aged in their early 20s to late 30s.
As a result of this, a 38-year-old man sustained serious injuries and was in a coma for a significant period of time.
Investigating officer, Detective Constable Grace Dooey said: “It has come to Thames Valley Police’s attention that there is a video circulating of the assault that could provide vital evidence in our investigation and we are asking that anybody in possession of this video comes forward.
“We are also asking any witnesses to the incident who have not come forward to the police to please do so.
