Following a Thames Valley Police investigation, three men have been charged with trespass offences following an incident in Wantage.
Michael Toogood, aged 26, of Warrant Road, Market Drayton, Joseph Smith, aged 38, of Watery Lane, Stourport on Severn and Ben Evans, aged 23, of Radmore Junction, Dorrington, have all been charged via postal requisition with one count each of daytime trespass in pursuit of game and trespass with intent to search for or pursue hares with dogs.
It’s in connection with an incident that occurred in Bassett Road, Wantage on 28 October last year.
Toogood, Smith and Evans are due to appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on 21 February.
