Appeal for witnesses following burglaries – Slough

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following burglaries at a school in Slough.

The incidents occurred on three occasions; Sunday (1/1) around 6.55pm, Monday (2/1) around 9.55pm and Tuesday (3/1) around 4am, at Upton Grange School on Datchet Road.  

The offenders have broken into the building on three occasions, taking a large amount of ICT equipment, credit cards, tools and other items.

Investigating officer Detective Constable Sasha Lakovic, based at Slough police station, said: “I would like to appeal to anybody who may have camera footage in the area or any information regarding this incident, to please get in touch.

“We understand that burglaries of this nature can be distressing but we would like to reassure the community that we are taking this seriously and an investigation is underway.

“This offence happened over the Christmas break and we can confirm that there was no risk to anybody at the school during these incidents. The tech that was stolen was adapted to those with special educational needs so we would like the public to please be vigilant if they come across anything similar.
