Thames Valley Police is releasing a CCTV image of some men who we believe may have witnessed an assault in Oxford.
The incident occurred in Atik, Park End Street, Oxford at around 12.40am on 5 July 2022.
The victim, a man in his twenties, was involved in an altercation and was punched and kicked whilst on the floor.
He sustained swelling to the face and a fractured eye socket which required hospital treatment before he was discharged.
Investigating officer, PC Ashraful Kamalee, based at Oxford police station, said: “This was a very serious assault which resulted in a man sustaining a serious injury.
“We are releasing these images as we believe that the men pictured may have witnessed the assault and could have information that could assist our investigation.
“I would also like to appeal for the people in the images to send any recording they may have of the incident and to come forward if they remember what happened.

A 22-year-old man from Aylesbury was arrested on suspicion of occasioning actual bodily harm.
He has since been released under investigation.
