Man charged in assault investigation – Aston Clinton

Officers investigating an assault in Aston Clinton have charged a man with actual bodily harm.
Robert Ward, aged 39, of no fixed abode, was arrested on Saturday (7/1) and charged the following day with one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
He is due to appear before High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court today (9/1).
The charge relates to an incident on 9 May last year when a 58-year-old man was assaulted in Tring Hill, Aston Clinton.
The victim suffered cuts and bruises and required hospital treatment at the time.
