Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following an incident of public order in Oxford.
The incident occurred at around 6.30pm on Saturday 6 May in Cosmo restaurant on Magdalen Street.
It was reported a man was drunk inside the restaurant and shouted abuse at staff and to other diners.
A 25-year-old man from Aylesbury has been arrested on suspicion of a public order offence. He has been bailed until 25 July.
Investigating officer PC Donal McGuckin, based at Oxford police station, said: “I am appealing for any witnesses to this incident or anyone with information to please come forward.
