Thames Valley police is appealing for witnesses following an assault in High Wycombe.
A woman was walking along Dashwood Avenue, between Lindsay Avenue and Gril Box, at 11.30am on Wednesday (17/5) when she was approached by a man and woman.
The woman who approached her then shouted at her and assaulted her.
PC Daisy Tarrant, based at High Wycombe police station, said: “I am appealing for anyone with information about this assault to get in touch.
"The offender was a black female with black hair, around 5ft tall.
"As a result of the assault, the victim suffered scratches to her neck, bruising and swelling.
“Anyone with information relating to the incident is urged to contact us by calling 101 or via our website, quoting reference number 43230215791.”
