Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after reports of an indecent exposure in Oxford.
The incident occurred at 7.20am on Friday (1/9) on the towpath under Donnington Bridge.
The victim, a woman in her forties, was running along the towpath when a man blocked the path and exposed himself to her.
The offender is described as a black man in his late thirties or early forties around 5ft 11ins tall, slim build, with facial hair and wearing black clothing.
Investigating officer PC Riley Stokes, based at St Aldates police station, said: “We believe this is an isolated incident. We would like to appeal to anybody who may have witnessed it to please get in touch.
“We would also like to appeal to those residents in the surrounding areas to check CCTV and door cam footage.
