Following a Thames Valley Police investigation, a man has been convicted of two burglaries, which occurred in Newbury and Wraysbury.
Owen Piggott, aged 23, of Goodman Park, Slough was arrested on Monday (11/9) and charged with two counts of burglary with intent to steal on Tuesday (12/9).
On 11 August and 26 August between 5pm and 6pm, Piggott attempted to force entry at properties in Speen Road, Newbury and Staines Road, Wraysbury.
On both occasions, once Piggott was inside, alarms were activated and Piggott fled the scene.
Piggott appeared at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (13/9) where he pleaded guilty to two counts of burglary.
He was remanded in custody to be sentenced at a later date.
