Thames Valley Police is releasing CCTV images of a man officers believe may have vital information following a verbal abuse incident in Abingdon.
At around 11.35am on Saturday 27 July, a man walked into Mostly Books bookstore on Stert Street, and was verbally abusive towards a customer and member of staff, using offensive language towards them both.
The victims are 22-years-old and 32-years-old.
Investigating officer PC Marc Robinson, based at Oxford Police Station, said: “I am appealing for anyone who recognises the man in the photo to please come forward.
“We are also asking any witnesses or anyone with information or any images or footage of the assault to contact us via 101 or make a report on our website, quoting reference number 43240358102.
“You can also send footage to us, such as CCTV, dashcam or video doorbell, directly via this dedicated online portal.
“Alternatively, you can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via its website.”
