Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following a burglary in Caversham.
On Saturday (17/8) between 8.50pm and 12am on Prospect Street, two men have broken into a business via forced entry to another adjoining business. The men were seen loitering around the Cheshire Street car park prior to the offence.
They stole a necklace, believed to be worth £2,000, a platinum ring, clasps and pendant loops all made of gold and silver.
The first offender is described as a black man or of a mixed ethnic background, and was wearing a sandy coloured jacket and light coloured jogging bottoms, with a baseball cap and rucksack. The second offender is described as a white male wearing a dark hooded jacket and dark coloured combat trousers with an Adidas baseball cap.
Investigating officer PC Andrew Hearson, said: “We are appealing for witnesses following this burglary.
“Anyone with information can contact police by making a report online or by calling 101, quoting reference 43240396214.
“Alternatively, if you wish to remain anonymous, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or via their website.”
