Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision in High Wycombe.
Between 10.20pm and 10.37pm on Monday (19/8), a white Sur-Ron electric bike and a pedestrian were involved in the collision on Desborough Road near the junction with West End Street.
A man in his seventies sustained serious injuries and required hospital treatment, where he remains.
Investigating officer PC Christopher Miller, of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, said: “I am appealing for witnesses following this collision in which a man was seriously injured.
“Our thoughts are with the man’s family at this difficult time.
“I am also asking anyone who may have been driving in the area and may have dash cam footage of the collision, or any footage leading up to the collision, to please come forward.
“Alternatively, please call 101 or make a report on our website, quoting reference 43240399266.”
