Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses to an assault in Oxford.
At around 4pm on Thursday (15/8), the victim, a woman in her thirties, and a man were outside Kwik Fit on London Road, when he grabbed her head and pulled her back towards him.
They then walked down Lime Walk and the man grabbed the woman’s rucksack off her back and continued to pull her towards him.
They then made their way to Old Road where they stopped at a bus stop opposite the Nuffield Hospital where the man again pulled her towards him and also attempted to kiss the woman.
Investigating officer PC Jack McCormack, based at Cowley police station, said: “I am appealing for any witnesses to this assault to please come forward.
“Anyone with information or footage relating to the assault should call 101 or make a report on our website, quoting reference number 43240380149.
“Alternatively, you can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via its website.”
