Thames Valley Police officers investigating firearms incidents in Oxford have made an arrest.
A 23-year-old man from Oxford has been arrested yesterday (22/8) on suspicion of possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
He remains in custody.
The arrest relates to incidents between 4.30pm on 11 August and 1.30am on 12 August in Weymann Terrace and Warren Crescent in Headington.
Investigating officer DI Krista Thompson said: “We still believe these firearms incidents to be connected and targeted, with no threat to the wider public.
“I understand that this may be alarming but fortunately these incidents are extremely rare.

“If you have any information on the incident at Warren Crescent, please call 101 or report online, quoting reference number 43240385272.
