Thames Valley Police is appealing for information in connection with an exposure in High Wycombe.
The victim, a woman in her forties, reported the exposure happened at about 7pm on Saturday 14 December.
The victim was walking down Healey Avenue from Greaves Road when she saw a man on the opposite side of the road exposing himself.
Investigating officer, PC Adam Pointer said: “We are appealing to anyone who saw the offender to contact us.
“The victim said the offender was swaying, so could have been intoxicated or unsteady on their feet.
“The offender is a white man in his fifties, of large build, 5ft 7ins tall, wearing a black puffer jacket and with black headphones.
“There were a number of vehicles that were driven by the offender at the time, so we would ask motorists to please check dashcam to see if you captured the offender.
