Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following an incident of robbery in Slough.
The incident occurred at around 10.10pm on Tuesday (6/2), in Long Furlong Drive, opposite the junction with Pemberton Road.
The victim, a man in his forties, was approached by two offenders, and threated with what appeared to be a firearm.
The offenders dressed in dark clothing, stole a rucksack from the victim, which contained cigarettes and alcohol.
They made off in the direction of Calbroke Road.
Nobody was injured in the incident.
Investigating officer, Detective Constable Sasha Lakovic, based at Slough police station, said: “This incident occurred late in the evening but I am appealing to anybody who may have been in the area to get in touch.
"Also anyone who may have been driving in the area and has a dash-cam, please check the recordings and contact us if it has picked up anything that could assist the investigation.
“I understand this incident may cause concern to the community, but we believe this to be an isolated incident with no wider threat to the public.
