Two men charged in connection with serious assault – Slough

Following a Thames Valley Police investigation, two men have been charged in connection with a serious assault in Slough.
Tavinder Singh, aged 62, and Gurdave Rehsi, aged 34, both of Seacourt Road, Langley, Slough, were charged with one count each of wounding with intent, causing grievous bodily harm with intent, and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place on Friday (2/2).
The charges relate to an incident in Seacourt Road, Langley, at around 3.50pm on Wednesday (31/1). Two men were taken to hospital, one with serious injuries and the other with minor injuries. The victim with serious injuries remains in hospital but the other victim has been discharged.
Singh and Rehsi were remanded in custody and appeared at Slough Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
Both men were released on conditional bail and are due to appear at Reading Crown Court on 27 February.
