Following a Thames Valley Police investigation, a man has been charged with numerous offences in Banbury.
Thomas Butler, aged 31, of Orchard Way, Banbury, was charged with one count each of threatening to damage/destroy property, harassment - put in fear of violence, racially aggravated intentional harassment – words, receiving stolen goods and common assault of an emergency worker on 3 July.

Butler was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court today (15/7).
