Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses and dash-cam footage following a serious road traffic collision in Wheatley.
At approximately 7.10am on Wednesday (16/10), a Yamaha motorbike and a blue Hyundai i10 were involved in a collision on the Thame Road junction with the London Road in Wheatley.
The motorcyclist, a man aged in his twenties, sustained a broken leg in the collision and was taken to hospital, where he remains in a stable condition.
The driver of the Hyundai, a woman aged in her thirties, was not injured and no arrests have been made.
PC Shaun Nash of the Roads Policing Unit said: “This collision occurred at the start of a busy rush hour, and led to the road being partially blocked for some time while emergency services dealt with the collision.
“I am appealing to anybody who was driving in the area and may have dash-cam footage of the incident, or the moments leading up to it, to please get in touch with Thames Valley Police.
“I would also ask anybody else who witnessed the collision to contact us if you have not already done so.
“You can make a report online via our website or by calling 101, quoting reference 43240498019.”
