Thames Valley Police is releasing CCTV images of a person we would like to trace as they may information regarding an incident of stalking in a village in the Borough of Wokingham.
In October 2024, a man has entered a business, where he seems to have been trying to engage with a girl under the age of 18 who was working there, and asking inappropriate questions.
The man has then returned to speak with the girl on two further occasions, but was asked to leave by staff at the business.
Enquiries are ongoing into the incident and the welfare of the victim is being managed.
Case investigator Denisa Olaru, said: “We are investigating this incident of stalking in which a man tried to engage with a girl under 18 and then returned on two other occasions.
“We are releasing images of a man who we believe may have vital information with regards to our enquiries.
“If anyone recognises the man, or if this is you, we would ask you to please get in touch by calling 101 quoting reference 43240496358.
“Or if you do not wish to speak to the police you can contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 and they will take your information 100% anonymously.”
