Thames Valley Police are appealing for witnesses following an incident of exposure in Wokingham.
The incident occurred at around 3.10pm on Friday 17 January in the alleyway next to Cooper Beech Place on Reading Road.
Two boys in their teens were walking down the alleyway and have seen a man touching himself inappropriately before entering the car wash.
The offender is described as an Asian man, aged in his early to mid-twenties. He is described as being around 5ft 9ins tall, with a short beard and was wearing dark grey jeans and a black puffer coat.
Investigating officer, PC Emily Lewis said: “I am appealing to anyone who witnessed this incident or has footage to please come forward.
“Anyone with information can call 101 or report online, quoting reference 43250026874.
“If you do not wish to speak to police you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
