Thames Valley Police is releasing an image of a woman officers would like to speak to following a theft in High Wycombe.
The incident occurred at around 6am on Sunday 22 December in Temple End.
The victim, a woman in her teens, had a mobile phone stolen which had credit cards inside.
Staff investigator, Nicola Atkinson, said: “I am appealing to anyone who recognises the woman pictured as she may have vital information to assist us with our enquiries.
“If this is you, please come forward as soon as possible.
“If you have any information relating to this incident, please call 101 or report it online, quoting 43240619578.
“Alternatively, if you wish to remain anonymous, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or via its website.”
