Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following a burglary in Kidlington.
The incident occurred in Sterling Road at around 10.10pm on Friday (21/2).
An offender gained access to a property, opening the bedroom door where the resident was, before fleeing.
The offender is described as a man, wearing a grey tracksuit and a balaclava. He was around 5ft 10ins tall and of slim build.
Investigating officer, Detective Constable Sophie Smith, said: “We are appealing for information following this incident.
“We are asking anyone with information to please call 101 quoting reference 43250088503.
“I would particularly like to hear from anyone with CCTV, dash-cam, or mobile footage, to get in touch with the force in case it has captured something which may assist this investigation.
“If you do not wish to speak to police you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
