Thames Valley Police is appealing for help to find a man who has absconded from HMP Springhill near Grendon Underwood.
John Baker left the open prison at around 7pm yesterday (23/5), without the authority or lawful licence to be in the community.
Baker, aged 44, is around 5ft 9ins tall and of medium build. He has links to Northwood, near Watford.


Investigating officer Detective Sergeant Jon Muldoon, said: “We are appealing for the help of the public to trace John Baker, who is unlawfully at large after escaping from HMP Springhill.
“If you see Baker, do not approach him and call 999 instead.
“If you have any information as to where Baker may be, please call 101 or make a report online, quoting reference number 43260256961.”
