Following a Thames Valley Police investigation, two men have been sentenced for drug offences in High Wycombe.
Aqib Jawaid, pictured below, aged 28, of Deeds Grove, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession with intent to supply a controlled class A drug, namely heroin and crack cocaine, on Thursday (28/5) at Aylesbury Crown Court.

At the same hearing, Jawad was sentenced to six years and four months imprisonment and given a Forfeiture and Destruction Order.
Sakhawat Ali, aged 51, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to two counts each of permit use of premiss for supply, namely heroin and cocaine at the same hearing.
He was sentenced to eight months imprisonment, suspended for eighteen months subject to the order requirement of rehab and supervision and given a Forfeiture and Destruction Order.
On Tuesday 4 November 2025, officers executed a Section 23 of the Misue of Drugs Act warrant at an address on Desborough Avenue, High Wycombe.
Following the warrant, officers seized class A drugs, 6.07g of heroin and 6.03g of crack cocaine, a total of £367.81 in of cash, mobiles phones, scales and other items used to prepare drugs for sale.
Jawaid and Ali were arrested on the same day and subsequently charged for possession with intent to supply class A the following day.
Ali was held on remand prior to the sentence and was released following the hearing.
Investigating officer PC Becky Burton of the Neighbourhood Disruption Team said: “Thames Valley Police does not tolerate drug supply in Buckinghamshire and I hope this sentence of both Jawaid and Ali is a deterrent to other drug dealers.
“The supply of drugs is a serious cause of harm and it can often exploit the most vulnerable in our communities.
“We will continue to proactively target those responsible, via both visible patrols and covert tactics, aimed at disrupting and pursuing offenders.”
