CCTV images released following robbery – Bracknell

Thames Valley Police has released CCTV images of a man who may have vital information in connection with a robbery in Bracknell.

The incident took place on the grassed area of the Mount Pleasant housing estate at around 3 pm on Sunday 30 July.

The victim, a 48-year-old man, was walking from his car to his property when he was grabbed from behind by another man.

When both men began fighting on the floor, a woman assisted the offender by holding the victim. A large quantity of cash was stolen from the victim’s wallet along with his car keys.

The offender then ran to the car park where he stole the victim’s car.

Investigating officer, Detective Constable Paul Bentley from the Bracknell and Wokingham Investigation Hub, said: “I am keen to speak to the man in these CCTV images, as he may have information which is vital to our investigation.

“If anyone has any information relating to this incident, I would ask them to call the Thames Valley Police non-emergency number on 101 quoting reference 43170225496.”

A 35-year-old woman from Bracknell has been arrested in connection with this incident and released under investigation.
