Learn about the role of the Strategic Independent Advisory Group (SIAG)
The Strategic Independent Advisory Group (SIAG) meets quarterly at Thames Valley Police’s Headquarters South.
SIAG members are members of the public who have an interest in the community and the policing of it.
The Assistant Chief Constable of Local Policing attends with other police officers and staff who act as subject matter experts in relation to the agenda items.
Edited minutes of SIAG meetings are published in the interests of transparency, as are copies of certain documents which are referred to.
