Your Local Neighbourhood Policing Team
Every neighbourhood in the Thames Valley area has a dedicated neighbourhood policing team that works together with the local community and partners to: reduce crime and incidents, bring more offenders to justice, protect the vulnerable and tackle violence against women and girls and improve victim service and public confidence.
Neighbourhood policing teams are led by senior police officers and include police officers, Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs), police staff, police support volunteers and the Special Constabulary.
They aim to make communities safer through an approach that is focussed on visibility, engagement, problem solving and community resilience.

ASB involving youths gathering and creating noise late at night around Flame and Tesco's in Sunninghill and the Queens Road Car Park. Also in the South Ascot woods behind play area.
Action taken:
The Neighbourhood team have been targeting their patrols in these areas and will continue to work with the local shops to make it harder for this to happen, both during our early and later shifts
Recently we identified an area of wooded land in south Ascot behind the recently refurbished play area, where youths were gathering and causing some anti social behaviour. The Sunninghill Trust quickly actioned a clear up of the area and along with regular patrols have managed to move this group away from the area -

Parking Issues Sunninghill High Street and surrounding area including schools.
Action taken:
The Ascot Neighbourhood Team has continued to target enforcement patrols this year in response to community concerns about unsafe and inconsiderate parking.
This includes words of advice and where necessary the issuing of tickets to vehicles parked on the zigzag lines outside Tesco’s on Sunninghill High Street, where such parking poses a serious risk to pedestrian safety and obstructs visibility. We will continue to patrol this highly sensitive area and work alongside the local parking enforcement officers and shop owners to reduce the risk to the community. -

Drug usage and dealing in areas such as Broomhall Lane, Sunninghill and Sunningdale Car Parks, Carrol Crescent, Allens Field and Rise Road.
Action taken:
The Ascot Neighbourhood Team conducts daily patrols at varying times to maintain a strong, high‑visibility presence in targeted areas. Over a number of later shifts in July we have conducted some disruption operations in Broomhall Rec and the paths alongside railway track and Dry Arch Road. We will continue to challenge and move along any suspects that we come across.
