Your Local Neighbourhood Policing Team
Every neighbourhood in the Thames Valley area has a dedicated neighbourhood policing team that works together with the local community and partners to: reduce crime and incidents, bring more offenders to justice, protect the vulnerable and tackle violence against women and girls and improve victim service and public confidence.
Neighbourhood policing teams are led by senior police officers and include police officers, Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs), police staff, police support volunteers and the Special Constabulary.
They aim to make communities safer through an approach that is focussed on visibility, engagement, problem solving and community resilience.

Drug use and drug dealing has been identified as an issue within the community in particular Jocks Lane and Lily hill park car park
Action taken:
Officers will be targeting drug dealing and drug use activity within the areas highlighted by our communities, we will use a variety of tactics to tackle this behaviour

ASB is an ongoing issue within the area which incorporates a large spectrum of issues, including but not limited to the use of E-Scooters, E-Bikes, Car Meets / Anti-Social Driving in particular speeding and groups people making a nuisance of themselves.
Action taken:
Speed enforcement operation conducted on Winkfield Road, a number of speeding tickets and warnings were issued

Speeding has been identified as an ongoing issue within our communities with many concerns around the speed of vehicles on Lily Hill Road, New Forest Ride and Broad Lane
Action taken:
Speed checks and speed enforcement activity will take place in the identified area over the coming weeks.
