The Neighbourhood Inspector has overall responsibility for the entire neighbourhood policing team of Sergeants, Police Constables, PCSOs and police staff. They are responsible for delivering on neighbourhood policing strategies, directing the deployment of the team and developing relationships with partners and key stakeholders to enable the neighbourhood policing team to work effectively
The Neighbourhood Sergeant provides frontline management to support and co-ordinate the activity of the neighbourhood policing team. They work with key partners and stakeholders to problem solve issues and develop innovative ways to identify and safeguard vulnerable people within the community.
Police Constables work alongside the community and partner agencies to tackle crime and issues identified by the local community. They work together with PCSOs to be a visible presence in the local area and build trust and confidence by developing a detailed understanding of the community.

PCSO Haeric Aquino is a police community support officer at Windsor West.
PC Oska Ross is a neighbourhood police officer based at Windsor West in Thames Valley Police.
PC Samuel Fox is the Neighbourhood Supervisor for Windsor West at Thames Valley Police.
Burglary Offences – Maidenhead Road, Windsor

We will focus on reducing residential burglary offences along Maidenhead Road, Windsor, through targeted patrols, reassurance visits, and intelligence‑led activity. Officers will work to identify offenders, support victims, and reduce opportunities for repeat offending.

28/04/2026 - Officers have been completing regular patrols around the locality in order to deter any criminal activity and disrupt any drug supply over the last month. This involves high visibility patrols and engagement with suspicious persons.

We will address ongoing anti‑social behaviour and drug use and supply in and around Osgood Park, Windsor. Activity will focus on visible policing, enforcement, and safeguarding to restore community confidence and prevent escalation.

08/04/26: A male responsible for environmental anti-social behaviour affecting the local community has been served with a Community Protection Notice (CPN). The notice requires him to clear and tidy areas where refuse has been accumulated. A closure order has been issued on a property in relation to drugs. This will be valid until August.
