Local PCSOs will be at The Stables Cafe, Unit 1 Bridle Rd, Arborfield Green, Reading on 2nd August from 10am to 12 noon to mark bikes with identifiable codes and upload to a system that shows all details of its owner. This is to assist in the tracking of stolen bicycles and to prevent further thefts from occurring.
