Anti-Social Behaviour has been voted again as a priority in the May 2026 community survey. The Aylesbury East team have been working on reducing ASB in the areas of Jansel Square, and Kingsbrook Basin with disruptive youth behaviour being highlighted a concern by residents

Actions will include hi-visibility patrols and partnership working with the local council. Patrols will be targeted in locations and time of day/night that are seen to be most impacted by anti-social behaviour. The team will also hold minimum monthly have your say events to allow the public to speak to them about issues and concerns.
As per last year when it comes to the issue of youth anti-social behaviour, we will continue to work with local residents and partners to identify those involved and issue community resolutions for offences and speak with parents about their behaviour.
May update: 9 recorded instances of ASB in April, an increase of 50% on previous month.
June update: figures remained the same for May at 9 recorded instances.
This priority will be reviewed on the 30th of every month to ensure progress is being made and priorities reviewed quarterly with the results of the community survey.

Speeding was again voted a priority in the May 2026 community survey.. Roads that the team have been focusing on include: Mike Griffin Way, Stocklake, Broughton Avenue and Tring Road

The team will continue to carry out speeding operations on the designated road in which vehicles will be stopped for driving in excess of the speed limit and be dealt with accordingly. The team will also plan more speeding surveys in June/July collect data on what roads are of most concern and share the results in future updates.
Update: speed operation completed, 3 vehicles stopped for driving in excess of the speed limit, awaiting update from Traffic officers re the number of tickets issued. PCSO to complete further speed surveys to plan future Traffic enforcement days.
June update: Traffic officers conducted enforcement days in Stocklake and are using high visibility marked vehicles to encourage road users to abide by the speed limits. More speed surveys to follow.
This priority will be reviewed quarterly as per community survey results and updated accordingly. Actions to be reviewed 30th monthly to monitor progress and publish results.

Drug related crime was voted as a priority for the Aylesbury East team in the last community survey completed May 2026.

The neighbourhood policing team are working with local residents, businesses and partners such as council and housing to tackle drug related crimes in the East.
Actions include high visibility patrols in known target areas, engaging with local communities to gather intel and identify offenders and meet with local housing officers to discuss residents tat are causing issues.
June: In May 7 recorded instances of possession of drugs and 1 intent to supply. These figures will be monitored each month.
This priority will be reviewed quarterly in line with community survey results and the actions reviewed 30th monthly to ensure progress.
