Speeding is consistently raised as an issue by residents of the area, the team will therefore seek to take steps to address speeding and dangerous driving on the local roads

Due to competing demands on the neighbourhood policing team we have been unable to complete as much speed enforcement work as we would have liked.
Speed checks were completed in Iver Heath during the course of which 3 drivers were stopped and reported for exceeding 30mph limits.
During this period our officers also joined roads policing officers and partners for a road safety operation in and around Iver. The operation was a huge success with numerous drivers stopped for offences related to road safety.

Our most recent neighbourhood priorities survey has identified anti-social behaviour to be one of the top concerns of the local residents, the team will continue to take steps to deal prevent and reduce anti-social behaviour. Currently the team are dealing with instances of youth Anti-social behaviour.

The team continue to patrol the areas identified to have the most issues of anti-social behaviour.
The anti-social use of motorcycles, e-bikes and e-scooters remains an issue locally and we are working hard to tackle it. During this period we issued a S59 warning to the rider of an off-road motorcycle in Iver. We also continue to work with specialist colleagues and farmers to combat issues of e-bikes being ridden across farmland.
We have also carried out a number of joint patrols with the Buckinghamshire Council Waste Enforcement Team to combat fly-tipping. Several load related / waste carrying offences were identified and drivers reported accordingly.
We also responded to reports of cannabis being grown in residential gardens in Iver. As a result, two persons were arrested and over 250 cannabis plants were seized. The investigations are ongoing and outcomes will be shared once they conclude.

Burglary has been voted for as a top priority for the neighbourhood team to focus on by local residents, areas around South Bucks continue to be targeted by burglary offenders

We continue to work hard to combat burglary through targeted patrols of the most affected areas and of the borders with neighbouring areas and forces.
In July we participated in a multi-force operation targeting criminal use of the road network. This operation saw intensive proactive policing with partners across the Chalfonts, Gerrards Cross, Denham and Iver. Across all of the forces involved over 60 people were arrested and over 40 vehicles were seized. For full results please see our social media channels.
We also participated in a local rural crime initiative alongside the Metropolitan Police Service. This operation also saw intensive activity in the same area and resulted in an arrest, multiple vehicle seizures, multiple drivers being reported for traffic offences and some really positive engagement with our rural community. Investigations were also launched into two drivers who failed to stop for officers.
