Intelligence-Led Offender Management
•Identification and targeting of repeat and high-harm offenders
•Development of intelligence
•Use of appropriate powers (e.g. arrest, bail conditions) where thresholds are met
•Coordination with wider policing teams for cross-area offenders
Partnership Working

•Regular communication via Thames Valley Police channels
•Attendance at community meetings and engagement events
