Yesterday we appealed to the public for information following the death of a man in Reading on Wednesday (12/8).
Thames Valley Police is appealing for information following the death of a man in Reading yesterday (12/8).
Following a Thames Valley Police investigation, a man has been sentenced stalking, actual bodily harm and controlling or coercive behaviour in Newbury.
Following a Thames Valley Police investigation, a man has been jailed for drugs supply offences in Reading.
A man reported missing from Newbury has been located safe and well.
Drug use in Highview Park, Calcot

This is a new priority and relates to the team regularly discovering people using drugs in this location. The team will be proactively patrolling the area and conducting stop searches in an attempt to eradicate this issue.
The team have already had a number of positive stop searches that have led to the usage of out of court disposals and referrals, however this is still being reported as an ongoing issue so will remain a priority for the team over the next month.

Anti-social behaviour at the Sava Centre Retail Park in Calcot

This is a new priority for the team.
The team will be conducting regular targeted patrols in the area to disrupt anti-social behaviour. This includes, but not limited to, McDonalds, Sainsburys and Ikea.
The team have now identified and will be dealing with two young people that have been involved in ASB in this area. This will continue to be a priority for the team over the next month.

Anti-social behaviour in Linear Park, Calcot and the surrounding areas. We have received recent reports of youth related ASB and criminal damage.

The team will continue to patrol the area over the summer months and update with results over the coming months.
