Anti-Social Behaviour has been voted as a community priority for the Wycombe Town Centre. Officers continue to tackle anti-social behaviour in the bus station, Eden Shopping Centre and wider town centre.

We have pursued prosecutions against a number of young people involved in some of the most serious offences, and those cases are now progressing through the courts. While prosecution is always a last resort, we will take robust action where necessary to protect our communities.
Alongside enforcement, prevention remains a key priority. More than 50 young people have been visited at home by police officers and issued with Acceptable Behaviour Contracts, working closely with both them and their parents. We continue to work alongside schools, parents and partner agencies to divert young people away from offending and towards positive opportunities.
We are also continuing to enforce the Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) with our Street Warden colleagues to address street drinking and begging. In particular, we are working closely with All Saints Church and local partners to tackle the issues affecting the area, with positive progress already being made.

Drug offences has been voiced as a concern of the community all over Wycombe, including the town centre. The team have been working to disrupt drug dealing activity to prevent drugs reaching the streets.

Officers from the local Neighbourhood Team have been carrying out proactive operations to tackle drug supply and the harm it causes within our communities. Over the last month, 30 officers took part in four simultaneous warrants across High Wycombe, resulting in multiple arrests and the seizure of approximately 150,000 nitrous oxide canisters, Class A drugs and more than £50,000 in cash.
Alongside this enforcement activity, officers conduct daily patrols to deter and disrupt visible drug use in the town centre. We have also carried out targeted plain-clothes operations to identify and apprehend those involved in drug dealing. Our aim is clear: to make High Wycombe an increasingly hostile environment for those seeking to profit from criminality.

Speeding and Dangerous Driving is consistently highlighted as a concern by local residents of the town.

We continue to respond to concerns about speeding, dangerous driving and nuisance vehicles across High Wycombe. A range of policing resources have been deployed, including Roads Policing officers, unmarked vehicles and drone capability, to identify offenders and take enforcement action where appropriate.
Targeted operations are taking place on roads highlighted by residents, with officers focusing on speeding, anti-social driving, dangerous manoeuvres and vehicles that are unlawfully modified or causing excessive noise. We will continue to use both high-visibility and intelligence-led policing tactics to improve road safety, reduce risk and make our roads safer for everyone.
