Officers continue to conduct high-visibility patrols in affected areas and are working closely with partner agencies to address community concerns and develop long-term solutions. Dedicated police operations are in place to gather intelligence, identify those responsible, and build an evidence base. Individuals who repeatedly engage in anti-social behaviour will be dealt with robustly using the appropriate enforcement powers.

We remain committed to tackling burglary, theft of tools and equipment, vehicle crime, and criminal damage through targeted patrols in key locations. Officers continue to work closely with residents to gather community intelligence and identify emerging issues. Crime prevention and safeguarding advice will also be regularly shared through local media channels and social media platforms to help residents protect themselves and their property.

Residents have raised concerns regarding speeding, dangerous driving, and other traffic-related offences, particularly around school zones, residential areas, and key commuter routes. Reports have also been received regarding groups congregating in public car parks to drive dangerously, cause disturbances, and create safety concerns for other road users.

Officers will continue to conduct high-visibility patrols on affected routes to deter offending and provide reassurance to the community. We will monitor reported concerns and carry out enforcement activity, including speed checks and joint operations with Community Speed watch volunteers. Where offences are identified, appropriate action will be taken against drivers whose behaviour puts themselves and others at risk.
