The Neighbourhood team will continue to patrol in vehicles and on foot across the Chipping Norton area. Vehicles seen acting in a an Anti-Social manner will be stopped and the drivers will be engaged with. If appropriate the team will be able to issue S59 notices or consider other powers under the road traffic act.
The team will patrol the area of Back Alley and engage with any persons seen. The team are already engaging with the schools in the area in relation to this issue to identify persons responsible and to educate year groups on the consequences of ASB.
Please let us know if there are any specific area’s that you feel are affected by ASB and we will target out patrols in these locations.

Neighbourhood team will do regular high visibility patrols of the town to disrupt and deter offending. They will engage with store staff and customers to obtain up to date information of possible issues. We will encourage reporting of offending.

Chipping Norton – no specific location

The survey shows the community are concerned about drugs use across Chipping Norton. We will continue to complete high visibility patrols across our Neighbourhood and utilise our stop and search powers were we have the appropriate grounds. If Drugs are found we will deal robustly with the offenders.
We would encourage the community to report any activities which concern them either directly to officers on patrol, via 101 / webform or Crime Stoppers. We rely on intelligence to assist us in targeting our patrols in the areas of concerns and dealing with those who break the law.
