Thames Valley Police can confirm the identity of the victim in its Major Crime Unit's ongoing murder investigation in Abingdon.
Following a Thames Valley Police investigation, a man has been charged in connection with 14 offences in Oxfordshire.
A man has been charged after an operation by Thames Valley Police’s Serious & Organised Crime Unit uncovered 21kg of cocaine with an estimated street value of more than £1.5 million.
A man and a woman who fatally drugged two men and poisoned two others to steal from them have today (13/8) each been jailed for 17 years.
Thames Valley Police is appealing for the public’s help to find a man with links to Banbury who is wanted on recall to prison.
Drug Crime and ASB - Angel & Greyhound Meadow

The NHPT have listened to community concerns regarding drug crime and ASB occurring in and around the location.
In response to these concerns, the NHPT have increased patrols in the area and completed houses to house to reassure the community and gather information about the issues raised.

The Neighbourhood team are aware of community concerns about ASB in this area. This consists of the use of drugs and possible drug supply in the area.
The team have commenced work to deal with this issue and will ensure patrols are increased as well as targeted Police operations and action.

ASB - Cowley Road

The community have highlighted at recent Have Your Say events that ASB on Cowley Road is a community concern.
The majority of reports suggest that vehicle related ASB was the biggest issue and gave examples of engine noise (from revving) and vehicles driving erratically and as such, dangerously.
The team have listened to these concerns and are working with partner agencies such as environmental health teams and traffic departments to address these issues.
Additionally, community concerns persist around ASB from alcohol and drug use. The team work hard, in partnership with the council to enforce the PSPO and multiple Community protection warnings and notices have been issued on prolific offenders. The team have also made arrests and sought prosecution for public order offences and drug related crime in the area, this work continues.
